We have our own factory, and advanced machine including CNC, laser cut machine,welding machine, bending machine, etc. SatinSign (ErybaySign) can promise that all the products ordered by our clients are made by ourself, but also we will cooperate with other subcontractors to deal with special requirements
2. How Long Is The Warranty Period, How To Deal With Product Failure?
First of all, our products are produced under a strict quality control system, and the pass rate is much higher than the defective rate. Secondly, for defective batches, we will fix them and resend them to you, or send you a new product directly. We can discuss including new solutions according to the actual situation and improve your satisfaction
3. Is The Product Suitable For Outdoor Use? Do You Have CE/UL Certificate?
All of our acrylic and metal luminous letters come with a trusted CE certification for wet places. All of our metal letters are UL-certified LED modules. All letters are waterproof and all leds and transformers are CE/UL certified. We can also produce signs based on UL standards.
4. Which Courier Company Do You Work With? How Long Does It Usually Take To Make Delivery?
We are working with DHL and FedEx and it takes 3-5 business days. For large quantities or sizes, we can also transport by air or sea. If you choose air, it usually takes a week, if you choose sea, it takes about a month. In either case, we will provide you with the most economical and appropriate plan.
We have 12V and 24V 2 different led strips, but normally we use 12V.
6. Do You Have Any Letters In Stock?
All our products are customized and we only have the finished samples and sample box in stock.
7. Do You Have Price List Of Your Products?
All of our products are customized, so we don’t have price list. We will quote based on your design, drawing and budget, similar as the product photo, if you have the vector file that would be great.
